Returns
KindInformatique accepts returns for refund or exchange within 10 days of the date of purchase or receipt. For any return, the returned material must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, labels, invoice, etc. A 15% return fee may be charged for any return of opened material. This product will then be sold at a discount. No returns on computers, software, special orders (products not in stock in store or in stock in warehouse) or if special mention. KindInformatique;com reserves the right to do a complete verification of a return within two business days before issuing a refund. Depending on the method of payment, a refund can be made by Interac transfer within 24 hours. KindInformatique.com reserves the right to refuse any return if the returned product is in poor condition or if the product has been registered with the manufacturer.

Defective products
Within 30 days of the date of purchase or receipt, KIndInformatique will exchange the defective product in store upon presentation of the invoice if we still have this product in stock. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, labels, etc. Depending on the material, KindInformatique.com reserves the right to keep the product to perform checks before the exchange. No in-store exchange will be made for a special order (product not in stock in store at the time of purchase), a product on clearance or on final sale. We can still do the exchange service with the manufacturer. No exchange will be made for a product in poor condition or physically damaged. If you paid for shipping to receive your product, KindInformatique.com will assume the shipping in both directions for the first 30 days.

After 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt, all products are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. If you are not comfortable making the return with the manufacturer, upon presentation of the invoice, KindInformatique can take care of doing the service with the manufacturer of your product. Only the transport costs for processing your return will be charged. No return to the manufacturer will be made for a product in poor condition.

For Multimedia, Gamer and Gamer Extreme computers, after 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt , the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the computer to us for repair in store. If you paid for shipping to receive your computer, we are responsible for returning it to you at our expense. We still offer the possibility of using our shipping account to reduce the cost.

Application of guarantees
KindInformatique is not responsible for data loss, hardware or software failure or damage caused by improper use, or installation of a component, a power surge, or a missed BIOS update.

KindInformatique reserves the right to refuse any return if the part is damaged.

For warranty application, the serial number must still be present and legible on the defective part.

No returns or exchanges for operating systems and software as an activation key is always unique.

For any equipment delivered to KindInformatique that is not claimed and without news from the customer during the following 3 months, KindInformatique releases itself from all responsibility for the computer or parts. KindInformatique will attempt to contact the customer during this period.

Computer Warranty
The PC Multimedia, Gamer i3, Gamer i5, Extreme i5, Extreme i7 and Ultime desktop computers sold by KindInformatique are covered by a 3-year warranty on parts and labor in store on the hardware unless otherwise stated. This warranty may not apply to certain parts or accessories if mentioned. This warranty is limited by the warranty conditions of the various manufacturers excluding the duration of the warranty. The "Custom Configurator" computers are guaranteed for 30 days for parts and labor in store. The "Gaming AMD Talos" computer is guaranteed for one year for parts and labor in store.

Laptop Warranty
KindInformatique respects the guarantees of the different manufacturers according to their limits.

Monitor Warranty
KindInformatique respects the guarantees of the different manufacturers according to their limits.

Only the shipping cost to return your monitor to the manufacturer will be charged if required by the manufacturer.

Online ordering terms and conditions
For each product, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order are listed. You must carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be sent to KindInformatique for processing. No price adjustments will be made once the order has been placed. If you have any questions about the products, you can contact our Customer Service by clicking on the "Contact Us" menu. Following your order, if a part is no longer available or available within an additional period, you will be informed and will be able to modify your order.

Delivery
All orders placed online containing only parts in stock in store will be processed within 48 hours of payment and address verification. This time may vary for a desktop computer depending on the components. A carrier tracking number will be sent to you by email. All orders will be sent once all items in the order are in stock. If you have chosen to pick up the order in store, an email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready. It is always possible to pick up a product in one of our two stores. If the option is not available online, simply indicate it in the comments section or write to us following the order. For a special order (not in stock in store / in stock in warehouse), the regular time to receive the part in store is 1 to 6 business days. You will be informed if the time is longer. KindInformatique cannot guarantee the delivery time of the carriers.

Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the package and notifying the delivery person on site if the seal of the package has been broken or if the package is damaged. If this is the case, you can refuse the package. It will be returned to us. In the event of physical breakage related to transport or a lost package, you are responsible for notifying the carrier as quickly as possible. We recommend that you take photos of the box before opening it to make your claim.

KindInformatique cannot be held responsible for a delay with a carrier once a package has been shipped. We have no control over this. We ship orders with the most reputable companies to reduce this uncontrollable risk.

For our security and that of our customers, KindInformatique only processes an order that is shipped to the credit card holder's billing address. If you wish to ship to a different address, we accept payment by Interac e-transfer.

For security reasons, for an online order to be collected in store, KindInformatique reserves the right to take only a deposit of the online payment. The final amount is then payable directly in store.

Payment - Price
The entire KindInformatique team ensures that the prices on the website are kept up to date. In the event of an error in the price of a part placed on order, you will be notified by telephone or email within 24 hours. You will have the choice of canceling the order or modifying it. KindInformatique reserves the right to cancel any order.

If you find a better price for an identical product, KindInformatique will match or beat that price, taking into account shipping costs if applicable.
- In store, upon presentation of a price from a competitor in the region (no transport costs), we will beat this price.
- In store, upon presentation of a price from an outside competitor, we will beat this price taking into account the transport costs of this competitor.

Our pricing policy does not apply to:
- During a special sale (example: closing sale, black Friday, boxing day)
- If the product is not available.
- If the sale price is below our cost.
- If it is a special order (product not in stock in store).

A discount made using a promotional code is only valid online and for a limited time.
A gift certificate is only valid in store.
